It’s the perfect day to try to hand wash. Even better for drying said washing.
Under that bench cover is the washing. Marvellous…..
The washing is even too wet for the radiators and getting wetter.
I wonder if you can microwave washing?
Could I cook the washing at 200C?
Maybe if I run about really fast with it over my head it might dry?
Maybe I could hop on a plane and dry it in a warmer climate.
Or I could just say pants to it, leave it out in the rain. Shrug my shoulders and go eat some chocolate. Yes that sounds like a plan.
Pesky rain βοΈ

Yup! Eat chocolate – since jumping on a plane is not the easiest option right now. π

The weather is a bit extreme. I hope you get your washer SOON. Getting that cape washed and dried is important. Itβs no fun flying with a damp cape. Hang in there Superdad and stay out of the rain. β€

No that would get very rusty I fear. You stay out of the rain as well β€οΈ

Why don’t you just hang it up inside? That’s what I do. I use the kitchen cabinets, doors, the tv, the book shelf, the chairs, whatever…. to hang it up and it’s dry within 24 hours π

Place gets damp, itβs a mould zone at the slightest chance.

Have you got room for a tidy dry line in your bathroom? Hubby bought something similar, though it is only a single strand, but for smalls it’s ideal. Would not recommend cooking washing. For tee shirts, you could hang them on hangers and then hang those on the curtain track over the rads.

No all rooms are full. Not many rooms sadly.

Know how you feel. One thing about our bungalow is that there is very little storage space, and I am still trying to work out how the estate agent could say a bedroom measuring six feet nine by nine feet is a double. You could fit a double bed in it, but wouldn’t be able to close the door.
Hubby put our single line up over the bath.

Even better on a boat………. we had to put stuff away else we’d never be able to move, but finding it again could be an interesting feat!!

oh, and an extra way to ‘spin’ hand washing is to get Hawklad on one end and you on the other, then wring in opposite directions.

Lol… are we talking about laundry? Lol
You could put a rack inside – will take longer than a dryer but better than out there lol
They also have these spin only dryers which some small ones can even fit on counter top… they work pretty decent and cut down on dry time – still takes a moment but dries within hour after spinning and then hanging on rack INSIDE lol π
I donβt know if I would advise the microwave – that does not sound like a good idea lol π
