Oy. π
We’re getting rain on Sunday apparently to melt all the accumulated ice. Immediately the following week, every second house in the neighborhood will have water seeping into the basement. π

We have a monthly bill. A few years ago it was quarterly, and doubled the standing charges on it so paying way too much.

Jeez, when you write it down you’d just have to stop to admire how resilient we are in coping with so many monetary demands and still find a sense of humour and beauty in four simplistic but beautiful snowdrops!

We all get these issues. But it doesnβt stop the flowers blooming.

Spring is also when the weather becomes mild, Beautiful grass and trees signal the welcome of the sun. We have a job, house, pets, food that 90 percent of the world does not have. I am considered in poverity but I think about this when I become dissatisfied. I am 80 and in better health than some of my neighbors. I am better off than people on the street. Blessings for you and yours. :))

Pigeon and seagull not so easy. Especially when your garage is full of junk.

A bird nearly pooped on sons head yesterday whilst we were in the garden… But hey – we were in the garden – spring is coming! β€

Apparently if it is a direct hit itβs a sign of good luck. Never tried it out though. xx

I’ve heard that too… Can’t understand why though β

Know what you mean about the bills: Council Tax and water bill due, utilities not until May now, phone monthly (dreading next month’s after yesterday’s fiasco) Maggie’s jabs are due, and we have several hospital appointments too. Spring is in the air though, heating has been turned down, and the grass has had its first haircut. Opened the bedroom blinds today to see three blackbirds in the garden (2 males and a female), the Canada geese are pairing up as are the ducks, and next door’s cherry tree was full of blue tits last week!

I do like my birds. One day I will treat myself to a better camera to take some photos of them.

I had a cheap one from a supermarket which was OK provided you didn’t use the zoom. Instant fuzz. For my 60th, Argos had a special offer on a little Nikon A10 for Β£50. It’s on special again at Β£60 and has both digital and optical zoom. It’s not bad for the money, thugh sometimes I wish we had something better, especially for night shot or those of the moon. Just a blob in the dark, sigh

I know. We had a wonderful large yellow moon this week. On the photo it was a dot….

Apparently it was classed as a Snow Moon, and the nearest it was to the Earth which is why it looked so big. We have a street light directly opposite which was vying for dominance!

Thatβs a bit of a shame.

We both deal in health, so to speak. Is it too soon….to pray for someone else to come along? Please forgive me if by asking I’m out of line?

Possibly, probably. Honestly not really thought about it.

Okay….don’t force it! Please be who you are, where you are! We value you too much! β€

I think I should have put it better. Given the current circumstances I have one job that is to give son best possible childhood. Son deserves 100% of my focus. This probably rules out any other things.. But thank you for kind words
